Fauji Niwas is a direct-to-soldier utility built for the Indian Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force), para-military forces, veterans, and SSB candidates. By signing up and using the app, you warrant that you are a serving/retired member of these forces or a verified SSB candidate.
🚫 2. Strict Zero Brokerage Policy
Commercial real estate brokers, agents, and middlemen are strictly prohibited from listing properties or operating on this platform. If a listing is reported as a broker listing or violates direct-owner rules, it will be quarantined immediately. Repeat offenders will face permanent phone blockades.
📝 3. User Listing Commitments
- You agree to list properties with honest pricing and precise, non-deceptive cantonment proximity information.
- Rental prices should align with standard local market rates or HRA rules. Listings with abnormal pricing deviations (Z-score > 1.5) will be flagged for manual moderator review.
- Listing content must not contain sensitive military deployment details or classified coordinates.
🔒 4. End-to-End Encryption & Code Conduct
All communication between users on the platform is end-to-end encrypted. You agree not to abuse, spam, or perform replay attacks on chat sessions. Sequence nonces are actively monitored, and any detected session tampering will result in immediate session teardown.
