Fauji Niwas is a verified, zero-brokerage housing and relocation portal designed specifically to help active-duty soldiers, veterans, and military families find safe, Cantonment-adjacent rentals, shared roommates, and budget SSB Candidate dormitories in India.
2. Who can use FaujiNiwas?
Fauji Niwas is built for active-duty personnel, JCOs, Commissioned Officers, jawans, veterans, retired officers, and their families. Verified civilian landlords who own properties near major military stations are also welcome to list their units.
3. Is it only for Army?
No, it is built to serve all branches of the Indian Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) such as BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB, as well as candidates attending SSB boards.

4. How are owners verified?
Hosts verify their identity by uploading encrypted copies of military credentials or official land registry records. This data is encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM before upload and audited manually by verified station moderators.
5. Is my data safe on Fauji Niwas?
Yes. In compliance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, all identification documents are encrypted client-side inside the browser sandbox before being uploaded, and are permanently deleted from server disks once verification is complete.
