Finding verified, broker-free rental housing near cantonments, schools, and military hospitals is a significant hurdle. Standard real estate sites are filled with brokers, high charges, and obsolete listings.

Fauji Niwas was created to solve this challenge — a direct peer-to-peer marketplace where defence personnel posting out can pass on their verified rentals, furniture, and appliances directly to incoming officers and families, with zero brokerage fees.
